Who we are, what we do
Our mission is to provide leadership and oversight in all aspects of staff human resources for the Biological Sciences Division by partnering with leaders and individuals at all levels to align and implement human resources strategies with divisional priorities. We support and influence the strategic direction of the division by providing managers and employees with innovative solutions to organizational and human resources issues. We provide services that help the division attract, retain, and reward competent and dedicated staff who share a commitment to the values of excellence and innovation in teaching, research, and patient care.
We aspire to build partnerships with leadership at all levels of the organization to create a culture that values all employees. Our culture will encourage and reward exceptional performance, promote continuous improvement and enhanced service orientation, foster teamwork in a professional environment, and respect diverse perspectives in a cost-effective manner.
