Dr. Mim Ari is an associate professor and general internist at the University of Chicago. As a primary care physician, she manages chronic diseases, acute issues and preventive care across the spectrum of adult general internal medicine. She is also board certified in addiction medicine. She is interested in the integration of substance use disorder screening and treatment, as well as safe and effective pain management strategies, into primary care and across medical specialties. She is a dedicated educator, committed to creating and including trainees in high-quality ambulatory experiences.
