Dr. Pott's research aims to achieve a mechanistic and quantitative understanding of gene regulation in individual cells under normal and disease conditions. To this end, his lab develops and applies single-cell and single-molecule genomics technologies that enable genome-wide measurements in primary tissues and cells.
