IRB OFFICE HOURS: Now By Appointment

To ensure there is a dedicated IRB staff member available for your questions during office hours, the IRB is implementing a calendar sign up method for office hours. Office hour sign up times are Mondays between 10 and 12. To sign up for a slot, please set up a meeting in Outlook and invite irbofficehours@bsd.uchicago.edu to the meeting. Please only choose a meeting time that is “available” in the calendar.

If your question(s) pertain to relying on an external IRB or another site/individual relying on our IRB, please specify this topic in the meeting request to ensure that appropriate expertise can be provided.

For all other queries, additional information (e.g. protocol number or special population) can be included but is not required.

After sending the meeting request in Outlook, you will receive an email confirmation that contains a Zoom link to the Office Hours meeting.
