UCFP Leadership

Maryam Saeri is an accomplished mission-oriented healthcare executive with over two decades of senior leadership experience in academic medicine and maternal child health. As CAO, Maryam works with leaders across the faculty practice, university, and health system to enhance financial planning and compensation models, facilitate practice strategy, help drive ambulatory network development, and represent FPP for contracting and value-based practice. She has accountability for effective physician group development, recruitment, strategic planning, revenue cycle, physician compensation and overall physician group operational efficiencies.

Roman leads the execution of strategies related to business development, network expansion, and physician workforce planning & recruitment. He co-chairs the Finance Practice Finance Committee with George Weyer, MD and Mamoon Nawabi.

Mamoon leads the development, optimization, and management of revenue cycle operations to support enterprise growth. He co-chairs the Clinical Practice Finance Committee with George Weyer, MD and Roman Feygin.

Matt leads the development and ongoing management of strategies to optimize operational performance and financial results across the faculty practice. He co-chairs the Clinical Practice Operations Committee with Shyam Prabhakaran, MD, MS and Jennifer Wolf, MD, PhD.

J supports the UCFP Leadership team, its board, and its committees.
