Committees

The UCFP Board is supported by four committees, each dedicated to a specific area of focus. These sub-committees play a pivotal role in our governance structure and operations, as they develop comprehensive recommendations for the Board’s consideration and actively engage in the implementation of new policies and solutions.

Recommends operational performance goals, measures, and targets across the physician enterprise for service, quality, value, and efficiency.

Recommends methods to transform the physician experience through connectivity, transparency, and ease of practice.

Serve as an audience for and offer a unique perspective on system-wide operational improvement initiatives and communications
Identify cultural pain points and refine the identity of the UCFP
Create educational opportunities for rising physicians in the organization

Joint health system–BSD advisory body for strategic dialogue, informing enterprise priorities, examining competing priorities, and establishing long-term organizational goals.
